RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

Music Magic USA (MMUSA) and its Accordions USA division sell factory fresh merchandise at the lowest prices we can allow and still stay in business. In order to maintain the maximum value for our customers, we offer the following policy on Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Our Music Magic USA 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all new Roland V-Accordion purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact MMUSA within 7 days after the delivery date of your V-Accordion or other eligible merchandise and if we are not able to address your concerns to your satisfaction, we will issue a Return Authorization Number that will allow a return of the instrument for a refund of your purchase price or exchange for another model - your choice. All merchandise is to be repackaged and returned in new condition. To receive a full refund we ask that you RETURN THE ACCORDION WITH ALL ORIGINAL MANUALS, CABLES, AND PACKING BAGS/MATERIALS to the address we will provide. No returns without prior authorization. NOTE: Merchandise returned with ripped or missing packing, missing registration cards or defaced manuals cannot receive a full refund because they cannot be sold as new. A reasonable restocking fee will be assessed commensurate with the cost of restoring items shipped to factory fresh condition or for having to restock the merchandise as an Open Box Return.
  2. For new, in stock acoustic, conventional reedless or MIDI accordions we extend the same Music Magic USA 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee as explained above.
  3. Special Orders, including accordions ordered from Italy, elsewhere in Europe or not normally stocked items are not eligible for a refund. However, MMUSA will try to satisfy you and may offer you an exchange credit towards another item.
  4. Of course, defective merchandise may be exchanged by notifying Music Magic USA within seven days of delivery or receipt. The Music Magic USA 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to in-stock new accordion purchases and other select in-stock items. For further assistance please contact Customer Service at (888) 887-0975.
  5. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Defective exchange replacements are shipped at MMUSA's expense.

Returns MUST be made in their original packaging and condition, displaying the RA# on the outside of the shipping carton and returned fully insured to the following address:

Music Magic USA - Returns Dept., 1360 Clifton Avenue, Suite 361, Clifton, N.J., 07012  NO returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Music Magic USA. A 15% restocking charge will be imposed on all unauthorized returns.  Any authorized return which, upon inspection by MMUSA is found to be missing manuals or registration cards - or is found to have scratches, markings or other signs of wear will be assessed a 5-10% restocking fee commensurate with the condition of the return.  (Shipping charges are not reimbursable.)

Special Order (non-inventory item) deposits are non-refundable after the first 3 business days following order placement. Special Orders are not eligible for refund privileges but, at the discretion of MMUSA, may be exchangeable for other merchandise within 7 days of order delivery.  Special Orders for Italian Accordions require an initial deposit of at least $2,500.00 with the balance due upon notification of completion of the order - prior to shipment from Italy. 

All N.J. deliveries are subject to 7% NJ State Sales Tax, as are all NJ showroom sales.  SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Of course, if there should ever be any problems with the operation of your musical instrument, please contact us immediately and we will assist you to make sure you receive prompt factory authorized service. Most new products carry a full 1 year parts and labor factory warranty. Roland musical instruments carry a 90 day Labor and 1 yr Parts Limited Warranty.  Music Magic USA cannot be responsible for lost time due to product malfunction and associated repair time, as well as delays beyond our control.
